CAEM SHELVING ENGINEERING

After its recent commercial and manufacturing growth, Caem Magrini has opened its new factory which has integrated the two former units in a unique center.
The new factory is located 3 km far from the old office and it is placed in area of 40.000mq in total. The first part of the building lies in a area of 12.000mq with a net floor area of about 13.500mq.Works for the next expansion to 20.000mq with 14.000mq net floor area are already in progress.
The final layout of the warehouse plans more than 5000 pallet spaces, a last generation software to manage and to optimize internal logistic paths so that to allow a faster order processing.
The new painting system has a capacity 5 times superior than the older one and it allows to spray till of 6000 mq a day (working day of 8 hours)
It’s also very flexible and it allows fast changes thanks to its 2 fully automatic paint booths and the manual booth specific for and the manufacturing of small amounts of pieces and samples.
The new system contributes to respect the environment: the recycling of the emitted powders and the fast starting strongly reduce the energy consumption.
